Job Title: Specialist, Demand Generation Representative  

Band: B4 
Experience: 6-8 years 
Location: Gurugram 
Position type: Full time 
Shift Timing: 1-10 PM 

  

What this Job Involves: 

 

As a Marketing Operations Specialist (Lead Management), you will focus on the capture and processing of leads, acting as the initial bridge between centrally led marketing campaign efforts across key global markets and the Business Development Representative (BDR) team. This role involves understanding, monitoring, and optimizing data capture and processing of both inbound and outbound activities to ensure the interest generated with contacts is moved from end-to-end across systems to the BDR team who will review and follow-up with interested contacts to qualify them before they are passed down the sales funnel. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Lead Management & Flow Optimization  

• Monitor and manage lead data capture and lead routing processes to ensure proper distribution to BDR and sales teams, ensuring the BDR team receives timely notifications with high-quality lead data  

• Track lead progression through marketing automation workflows and identify bottlenecks  

• Audit lead data quality and completeness before passing to sales development team  

• Monitor and manage engagements across marketing campaign channels to ensure timely processing, routing, follow-ups, and progression  

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to align lead generation strategies and provide feedback on campaign performance. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth handover of engaged leads 

 

Marketing Technology & Data Operations  

• Monitor data integrations between marketing platforms (Eloqua, LinkedIn, Meta), CRM systems, and reporting tools  

• Troubleshoot technical issues with campaign tracking, form submissions, and lead capture  

• Ensure proper UTM parameter implementation and campaign attribution tracking  

• Collaborate with digital, paid, and revenue operations teams to ensure deep understanding of mar tech processes and systems regarding campaigns and data capture  

• Recommend form optimizations to improve data capture and lead qualification/marketing efficacy 

 

Campaign Performance Monitoring  

• Generate and analyze engagement reports for centrally-led campaigns across key global markets from paid media, email, and digital channels, monitoring whether engagement data passes through the end-to-end process to reach BDR and sales teams  

• Create dashboards and regular reporting on lead flow, lead volume, lead flow disruptions, and data discrepancies that affect lead generation metrics and conversion rates  

• Identify data discrepancies and work with technical teams to resolve tracking issues  

• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement optimizations 

 

Process Documentation & Compliance  

• Document lead management processes and standard operating procedures

The ideal candidate should possess 6-8 years of experience in marketing operations, inside sales, demand generation, or a related B2B sales or marketing environment, preferably within the technology sector: 

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for communicating with internal teams. Proficiency in local languages is often a plus  

• Technical Knowledge: Strong interest in and understanding of marketing technology platforms • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Eloqua  

• Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure lead generation performance and make informed decisions  

• Soft Skills: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented, with strong time management and organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field 

 

This role sits at the intersection of global campaigns, marketing operations and sales development, requiring both technical skills in marketing automation platforms and analytical capabilities for performance optimization of the centrally-led campaigns across key global markets.
