We’re looking for a hands-on communications professional to join our India team and support internal communications across the global firm. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact messaging, supporting alignment across leadership and business units, and strengthening employee engagement and culture. This person will work closely with global Marketing, HR, and functional teams. This role will report to a local Marketing manager for onsite support, and work closely with the Associate Director of Communications (virtual) to implement communications strategies, campaigns, and content deliverables.
This is a high-visibility role that blends execution, collaboration, and creativity. You’ll be a key contributor to our internal communications program; support consistency and clarity in content campaigns; and help to build a connected, informed, and inspired workforce.
