Spearhead the definition and documentation of innovative business requirements, turning complex stakeholder needs into streamlined technical specifications.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and executing opportunities to simplify and scale global business processes for maximum effectiveness.
Own the integrity of business systems by leading comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet rigorous standards.
Champion knowledge transfer across the organization by creating high-impact training materials and comprehensive process documentation.
Deliver data-driven insights to upper management through the generation of essential business reports that influence strategic decision-making.
Essential Skills & Experience
You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field with a proven ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
You are a master communicator with fluent English proficiency and a talent for engaging stakeholders at every organizational level.
You have practical, hands-on experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and professional documentation.
You thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail while managing shifting priorities with ease.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with Oracle, Oracle iStore, Salesforce, or subscription-based business models.
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Domo or knowledge of SQL.
Familiarity with AI tool utilization or basic GNSS knowledge.
