Job Responsibilities:
- Review documents submitted by clients or internal departments to ensure accuracy, consistency in formatting, and compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- Conduct document quality checks, including proofreading for typographical errors, formatting issues, completeness of signatures, and verification of attached materials; perform necessary corrections in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist in updating and maintaining internal systems, including customer information, case status, and relevant operational data, to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide support for daily clerical and administrative tasks, such as document proofreading, formatting adjustments, data entry, table preparation, and coordination of document handovers across departments.
- Provide guidance and basic training to new team members on document scanning and processing procedures when required.
Job Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in clerical, document handling, or administrative support roles.
- Ability to read, understand, and prepare basic documentation; Cantonese is the primary working language, with clear verbal communication and listening skills required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic experience with PDF editing and scanning equipment is required.
- Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.
Work Location:
- The role requires working in both Tuen Mun and Hung Hom.
