Job Overview
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute seasonal events, including showroom setup and order-taking schedules. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences. Drive process improvements and support Go-to-Market (GTM) objectives through efficient event management and strong stakeholder partnerships.
Event Planning & Execution
Coordinate with agencies and production houses to plan seasonal showrooms and trips, supporting sell-in events aligned with marketplace direction.
Assist the team leader with ideation and budget planning to ensure strategic alignment.
Source, liaise, and negotiate with agencies, suppliers, and vendors to secure competitive quotes; manage timelines and quality standards.
Provide input on event run-down, workflow, setup, logistics, and participant experience to ensure detailed planning and smooth execution.
Prepare briefs for external stakeholders to maintain consistent understanding of event objectives and deliverables.
Mobilize internal teams for event participation, logistics, and registration.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payment arrangements for each event.
Post-Event & Ongoing Support
Support the team leader in maintaining strong relationships with key contacts to foster close partnerships.
Assist with post-event reporting & analysis, administration, filing and follow-up actions.
Contribute to ad hoc and critical GTM-related projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 3 years of relevant experience; event agency background is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and quick learning ability.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills; proven ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and production houses.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in budget monitoring; able to multi-task and work effectively under tight timelines.
Team player with the capability to mobilize cross-functional stakeholders.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; conversational English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
