Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Operations Specialist to manage the full spectrum of HR operational tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. This pivotal role ensures the seamless execution of HR processes, maintains data integrity, and collaborates closely with various HR functions to deliver exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Operations: Serve as the primary specialist for all HR operational tasks spanning the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, employee file and data management, offboarding processes, etc.
Process Improvement: Participate in projects aimed at streamlining and optimizing existing HR operations processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely and effectively with the Talent Acquisition (TA) and Business Partner (BP) teams to ensure smooth handoffs, aligned processes, and timely resolution of all HR operational matters.
Data Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain rigorous attention to detail to ensure the highest level of accuracy in all HR systems and records, preventing errors and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
System Administration: Handle process transactions, generate reports, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Team Collaboration: Act as a reliable and effective team player, supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the overall HR team environment and shared goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle
Good understanding of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
Process general payroll knowledge and experience will be a plus
Proactive, with a solution-oriented and client centric mindset
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Proven problem-solving abilities and a process-oriented mindset.
Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and Workday
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
