What you'll do...

The (USA) Specialist, Enterprise Business Services plays a critical role in supporting business areas through data analysis, compliance management, and customer service resolution. This position ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies while providing technical support and benefits education. The specialist collaborates with internal and external partners to address complex issues, manages system access and equipment requests, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. By maintaining confidentiality and promoting integrity, this role supports operational excellence and fosters effective communication to advance organizational objectives.
About the team:

The Enterprise Business Services team plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for over 1.7 million associates each pay period. The team collaborates across departments to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, maintain compliance with regulations, and support benefits administration. Members handle confidential information with care and utilize various systems to address payroll-related issues efficiently. The team is committed to delivering excellent customer service, continuous improvement, and upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism in all activities. Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR

  • Support business area strategy development by analyzing initiatives, interpreting data, and providing aligned recommendations.
  • Manage compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies through monitoring and implementing HR compliance processes.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues by providing technical support, benefits education, and resolving complex inquiries.
  • Coordinate equipment, software, and network requests, ensuring timely fulfillment and system maintenance.
  • Administer security access protocols, perform validations, and monitor service responses to maintain data confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with partners to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Proven experience in managing regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
  • Strong skills in benefits administration, including resolving complex benefits inquiries and providing technical support.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent customer service capabilities, managing escalated issues and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in coordinating with vendors and third-party administrators to resolve complex service challenges.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and adherence to ethical standards in all business practices.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to support team and business partner relationships.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in benefits and customer service
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
