About the Role
Design, develop, and deliver automation and digital solutions across business processes and data analytics, supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
The role also drives measurable improvements in process efficiency, data driven decision making, and customer experience by applying automation, digital platforms, and AI, while ensuring high quality delivery and capability uplift through hands on technical leadership and coaching
Key Function 1: Process & Data Analytics Automation Delivery
- Analyzes business processes and data workflows to identify digitalisation and automation opportunities
- Designs, builds, tests, and deploys automation and analytics solutions (e.g. workflow automation, low‑code platforms, data pipelines, reporting automation)
- Ensures solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with architectural standards
- Enhances and supports existing solutions to ensure stability and continuous improvement
Key Function 2: Digital Transformation & AI Adoption
- Actively adopts AI tools and digital platforms to improve productivity, insight generation, and solution capability
- Identifies, prototypes, and embeds AI‑enabled use cases within process automation and analytics
- Applies responsible AI, data privacy, and security principles in solution design
- Supports scaling and reuse of successful digital and AI solutions across the organisation
Key Function 3: Ideation & Enterprise Transformation Projects
- Contributes ideas, technical inputs, and solution concepts during ideation and innovation initiatives
- Participates in company‑wide transformation programmes as a digital solution specialist
- Collaborates with business, data, IT, and innovation stakeholders to deliver integrated outcomes
- Provides technical feasibility and effort estimates to support initiative prioritisation
