The Role: Contract Specialist, Customer Service & Inside Sales (House Accounts)
The CS & Inside Sales Specialist will support Entegris Customer Service operations by managing assigned house accounts, handling end-to-end order management, and providing inside sales support in close collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
This role requires strong analytical thinking and a practical understanding of products and processes, and would benefit from candidates who are comfortable working with technical information.
This position is a contract role, located in Hanguk Korea, and reports to the CS Manager or supervisor.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Customer Service & Order Management
Manage end-to-end order processing for assigned house accounts, including order entry, confirmation, backlog management, delivery coordination, and invoicing support.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, lead times, delivery issues, and basic product inquiries.
Monitor customer demand, identify risks related to supply or delivery, and proactively communicate issues and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure all customer transactions are executed in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Inside Sales Support
Support inside sales activities for house accounts, including quotation support, pricing coordination, and basic commercial discussions under defined guidelines.
Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to support revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
Technical & Cross-Functional Support
Develop a working-level understanding of products and processes to support basic customer inquiries and internal coordination.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Supply Chain or Operations to support order fulfillment and issue follow-up.
Escalate recurring or complex issues to appropriate teams and support tracking and communication as needed.
Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Physical Requirements):
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or other technical/science majors strongly preferred.
Experience
1–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Supply Chain, or Operations support.
Experience supporting B2B customers in manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environments is a strong plus.
SAP experience highly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data, systems, and technical information.
Ability to understand products and processes beyond a purely administrative CS role.
Strong communication skills in Korean and English (written and verbal).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset; able to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
