Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Specialist, National Training to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

This role drives the promotion, coordination, and delivery of product, sales, service, and technical training programs for our dealer network. Combine program administration, performance analysis, vendor management, and bilingual content oversight to ensure training initiatives are impactful, aligned with business objectives, and deliver an exceptional dealer experience.

A Day in the Life:   

  • Coordinate and support training operations, including promotion of product, sales, service, and technical courses; manage logistics for in-dealer, virtual, and eLearning sessions; ensure timely communication to the dealer network.
  • Manage development and distribution of bilingual training materials, incorporating job aids, presentation decks, and website updates; ensure accuracy and alignment with program objectives.
  • Analyze training performance and prepare reports, leveraging Nissan/INFINITI LMS platforms to identify gaps, track certification progress, and deliver KPI updates and findings on special projects to stakeholders.
  • Oversee vendor and material management, including ordering and preparing inbound units for training tours; manage vendor relationships, quotes, and proposals; provide recommendations for branded merchandise aligned with model launches.
  • Administer financial and administrative processes, including billing, invoicing, purchase requisitions, and expense tracking; support decisions related to corporate training operations and assist with in-market tour initiatives and ad hoc event support.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • 2–3 years of related experience in training coordination, program support, or vendor management
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Desired:

  • Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (Nissan University/INFINITI University) and emerging technologies
  • Experience managing vendor quotes, proposals, and branded merchandise initiatives
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training design best practices

Salary Range:

$66,828.00 - $82,103.00

This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
