Overview
We are seeking a curious, versatile professional with a passion for designing user-centered experience and the ability to contribute across digital design and multimedia production.
Role
This role operates at the intersection of experience design, program management, storytelling, and structured delivery. The ideal candidate enjoys working across mediums designing webpages, producing product videos, and maintaining clarity on scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
This position supports the full lifecycle of initiatives, from intake through execution and handover, ensuring creative outputs are aligned with program goals and enterprise standards.
Required Skills & Tools
• 3-7 years of overall career experience into a similar field of relevant work
• Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Audacity or Descript, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator FigJam, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in an innovation, R&D, or product environment
• Basic understanding of UX research and content strategy principles
• Exposure to enterprise governance and cross-functional collaboration

As the Specialist, Communications, you will:
• UX & Experience Design - Design intuitive, user centered digital experiences by translating business needs into accessible, on brand user journeys, wireframes, and high fidelity designs.
• Multimedia Production - Create and edit engaging multimedia content—including videos, graphics, and motion assets—optimized for digital platforms and aligned to brand standards.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate cross functionally to translate business objectives into clear creative solutions, incorporating feedback and presenting work to stakeholders as needed.
• Delivery & Program Discipline - Manage projects from intake through delivery by defining scope, estimating effort, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth handoff and continuous improvement.
• Asset Governance & Reusability - Maintain organized, reusable design and multimedia assets through strong version control, governance standards, and scalable templates or design systems.
• Program & Delivery Awareness - Demonstrates strong understanding of intake, prioritization, and milestone based delivery, with the ability to estimate effort, manage timelines, and track work using tools such as Jira, Planner, or Asana.
