Job Purpose:
Management of Product Quality Complaints trending for All GSK strategic products worldwide in a timely manner. Propose actions in order to prevent recurrence of complaints, major incidents and recalls from the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekly complaints listing generation and communication: Extract and provide weekly listing SUB complaints to QP's.
Monthly PQC Signal Detection:
Collect data from the source systems (SAP, Veeva).
Filter and clean data (remove duplicated).
Analyze data using a statistical tool
Compile Complaints Signal review reports
Quarterly complaints report:
Collect data from source systems
Filter and Clean data
Analyze data and identify trend
Propose explanations and actions on identified trends
Compilation of the report
Annual report:
Collect data from source systems
Compilation of the report
Reporting for governances:
Prepare complaints reporting for corporate quality councils.
Support audits and inspections:
Prepare complaints data for inspection.
Knowledge/ Education / Previous Experience Required:
Bachelors degree with scientific orientation or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 yrs of experience in pharmaceutical/GMP environment, Working in multidisciplinary/international teams
Product understanding to drive improvement actions
