Responsible for being the Customer Advocate across both the Pre and Post Sales Organizations to ensure accurate implementation of customer projects, on time billing performance, accurate collection of customer data and to develop strong relationships with a variety of groups responsible for supporting services.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing support to business clients and being the customer advocate.
May be responsible for coordinating the implementation process, pre-sales pricing, the issuance of complex order documentation, post cut-over follow-up, contract service level agreements, premise based inspections, reviews, post cut over training, and customer product design/redesign.
Collects a complete and accurate customer data (minimum data sets).
Coordinates with organizations to oversee implementation of complex orders and associated billing for complex data, IP or other product lines. May assist sales team to assemble a holistic view of customers business.
This includes records of proposals, contracts and network inventories across multiple platforms and product lines.
Provides contract interpretation to the customer, as needed.
Participates in Shared Expectations Sessions with customers, pre- and post-sale corporate organizations to communicate roles and responsibilities in the client/Corp relationship.
Assists AEs with technical assistance in responding to RFPs, and closing sales of additional services to existing customers.
Supports Sales Center in new product and promotional initiatives and billing questions/disputes.
Works with the sales center contact for resolving billing problems.
Acts as the Customer Advocate across the Post Sales Organization to insure On Time billing performance.
Develop strong linkages and relationships with a variety of groups responsible for supporting services.
Shift: US shift - 2.30 pm-11.00 pm CET
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in area of customer advocacy
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
Salary range: 62 000 - 93 200 CZK/a month
