About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Specialist, Campaign & Channel Marketing to drive marketing initiatives that support client engagement and sales team effectiveness. This role will focus on creating compelling content, planning and executing in-person events, and developing targeted campaigns that generate leads for our sales teams.
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and technical expertise are crucial for the success of ongoing initiatives. Additionally, this role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing engagement across various channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of balancing multiple projects, and adept at leveraging marketing tools and technology to enhance execution and results.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Communications: Craft clear, compelling email communications for financial advisors, informing them of product updates and sales opportunities.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality email communications, marketing materials, presentations, and digital content tailored to financial advisors and institutional clients.
Event Planning & Execution: Plan and oversee both digital and in-person events, including webinars and national roadshows, to drive sales, generate leads, strengthen relationships with advisors and dealers, and provide educational support to help advisors better serve their clients.
Campaign Development: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and providing sales teams with tools to engage potential clients effectively.
Collaboration with Sales Teams: Partner with sales leaders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and enhance advisor engagement.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Partner with product, operations and compliance teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Sales Material Updates: Ensure sales collateral, brochures, and other materials are regularly updated to reflect product changes, industry trends, and client needs.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing within financial services, asset management, or wealth management.
Solid understanding of investment and wealth management concepts.
Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
Experience in event planning and execution.
Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Cascade, Cvent, and Seismic.
Self-motivated with an ability to handle multiple projects and tasks and effectively meet all timelines.
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, compliance, and product teams.
Strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
Compensation
The anticipated compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, which represents base salary and, where applicable, variable compensation components (e.g., annual bonus, commissions, etc.). Actual compensation will be determined based on many factors such as role location, candidate experience / qualifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
