In this role, you will be part of the Agent Services Operations team. Here you will work in dynamic, multi-faced team that partners with all areas of agent implementation and other globally based functional units to maintain the quality of data and deliver reporting to regulators.
Role Responsibilities
Deliver reports to Payment Industry Regulators with high accuracy, timeliness and integrity.
Ensure data integrity amongst multiple Western Union databases.
Provide essential risk management and control, assessing regulatory requirements.
Provide critical control indicators to preserve and support the agent enrollment process.
Extensive coordination with various globally based functional units such as Legal, Compliance, Field Operations, Credit, and others.
Role Requirements
University/College degree.
Full proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and big data management tools.
Customer-oriented approach, strong investigation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to details skills.
Experience in Operations or Compliance is preferable.
Knowledge of Western Union Agent enrollment and maintenance processes would be considered as an advantage.
Familiarity with AS400, WUAMS, Sales Force and/or SharePoint databases.
Experience working with Alteryx or other reporting tools would be considered as an advantage.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1,531 – 2,000 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
