What you'll do: - Collaborate with teams to optimize building performance and controls by sharing resources and coordinating work assignments.
- Conduct diagnostics and implement programming solutions to enhance building controls systems, ensuring safety and cost efficiency.
- Adapt building control strategies to address trends, alarms, recalls, and sustainability initiatives such as daylight harvesting and energy reduction.
- Communicate progress and provide expert advice to support continuous improvement and alignment with business priorities.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to identify needs, monitor results, and implement effective business solutions.
- Model compliance with policies and promote integrity, ethics, and company values in all activities.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in building controls and HVAC systems with a strong understanding of building management systems and refrigeration.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
