What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with teams to assess building performance and controls, prioritizing customer needs and business objectives.
  • Execute diagnostic techniques and programming methods to identify and resolve building controls issues, ensuring safety and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and implement specialized programming projects, including daylight harvesting and sustainability initiatives to optimize energy use.
  • Monitor trends, alarms, and recalls, adapting controls strategies to maintain system effectiveness and compliance.
  • Communicate progress and provide expert guidance to stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
  • Foster strong partnerships to deliver solutions that enhance building management system performance and customer satisfaction.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience with building controls and HVAC systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in operating and optimizing Building Management Systems to enhance building performance.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, managers, and business partners.
  • Ability to analyze system data, identify trends, and implement proactive solutions for energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and deliver quality results within deadlines.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and ethical standards in all work activities.
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives and applying best practices in building controls.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
