This role is based at our Hyderabad Tech Center and follows a hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Candidates are expected to reside within commuting distance of the Hyderabad office.

Role Overview

As an Agile Delivery lead, you will collaborate closely with our ServiceNow development team, internal platform team and product managers to help us efficiently deliver quality, valuable IT risk and compliance solutions to our business stakeholders.  The ideal candidate is able to work independently supporting a global team, is driven to continuously improve processes and has an insatiable curiosity to leverage technology helping teams work better and deliver more value.

What will you do in this role

• Support the Product Manager in planning and refinement sessions to prioritize backlog and align on goals with the team
• Facilitate show-back and retrospective sessions to collect feedback from team and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
• Actively participate with the team to inspect and adjust the product roadmap as needed per priorities set by PM
• Leverage and support collaboration tools used by the team to drive efficiency (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Mural, Apptio)
• Support our quarterly PI planning activities to ensure stakeholder alignment across value teams
• Throughout the development cycle you will:
  • Facilitate daily standups
  • Help identify and remove impediments, manage dependencies
  • Actively promote cross-functionality and collaboration within and between teams
  • Coordinate release activities with the Platform team to ensure delivery timelines are met
  • Ensure all SDLC and release management processes are followed
• Be a champion for the team and support their well-being

What should you have

• Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years in a hands-on scrum master, agile coach or delivery lead role

Primary skills (must-have)

• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with a global team and stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in Agile development methodologies (scrum, kanban)
• Hands-on knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Mural (or similar)
• Technically savvy and curious to leverage productivity tools to their fullest

Secondary skills (nice to have)

• Working familiarity with the ServiceNow platform
• Pharma background or experience in other highly regulated industry
