Specialist - Account Receivable/Accounts Payable

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Monitoring the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
  • Managing accounts payable using accounting software e.g. Oracle Accounting Software
  • Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
  • Employee reimbursements
  • Analyzing workflow processes
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
  • Processing due invoices for payments
  • Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
  • Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
  • Stakeholder management
  • Perform other tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • With at least 2 years of work experience in AP/General Accounting
  • Willing to work in mid-shift schedule
  • Willing to work in BGC/QC
