JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitoring the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
- Managing accounts payable using accounting software e.g. Oracle Accounting Software
- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Employee reimbursements
- Analyzing workflow processes
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
- Stakeholder management
- Perform other tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- With at least 2 years of work experience in AP/General Accounting
- Willing to work in mid-shift schedule
- Willing to work in BGC/QC
