About the role 

Welcome and orient guests to the Spa/Salon, book spa/salon services and fitness classes, check guests in and out of the Spa/Salon. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.  

 

What you will do  

The Spa/Salon Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Spa/Salon Front Desk, Spa/Salon Desk Coordinators and the Spa/Salon Attendants. The Supervisor must at all times display professionalism and attention to detail to serve as an example and leader to the Spa/Salon Coordinators and the Spa/Salon Attendants. Comply with and act as an example of all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures. 

 

What you bring      

•   Requires past experience within the Spa/Beauty industry, or requires one year of spa/salon employment within the Four Seasons. Previous Supervisory experience in a related field preferred. 

•   Requires a working knowledge of computer programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, B4Time,)  

•   Oral and written proficiency in the English language. Superior communications skills.  

•   A superior sense of organization and ability to prioritize in a busy environment and patience.  

•   Also able to coach and work well with all staff members. 

•   Maui Liquor Card

Schedule & Hours  

•    Full time 

•    The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
