Position Summary

This role manages the full procurement lifecycle—designing PO workflows, optimizing high‑usage inventory, negotiating pricing agreements, and driving cost‑saving projects. It also coordinates closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

The Procurement Equipment & Spare Parts team is focused on overseeing projects which may include, but are not limited to, supplier sourcing, price negotiation, supplier management, and contract negotiation. As part of the Procurement Equipment & Spare Parts team, you will provide support in analyzing complex data and providing internal customer support.

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Purchase Order Creation & Management - Design and implement workflows for purchase order generation, approval, and fulfillment, integrating with ERP or other procurement systems.

  • Manage High Usage and Inventory - Analyze consumption trends to optimize stocking of high usage items while reducing or eliminating low usage/zero bin inventory.

  • Negotiate Annual Pricing Agreements and Drive Project Execution - Secure cost saving agreements on parts, lead procurement projects through to implementation, and perform post implementation reviews to validate savings and project impact.

  • Lead Cost Saving and Efficiency Projects - Define project scopes, establish budgets and timelines, and oversee execution to achieve measurable cost reductions and workflow improvements.

  • Track and Report Procurement Related KPIs - Monitor key performance indicators, compile executive level reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision making and company wide goals.

  • Interface with Engineering & End Users - Coordinate with product, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth parts flow and that procurement processes meet technical and operational needs.

  • Participate in Global SCM Meetings - Attend supplier and engineering meetings to discuss procurement strategies, qualification plans, and future projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of procurement / supply ‑chain experience.

  • Proficiency in inventory‑ management systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong analytical, problem ‑solving, and critical‑ thinking skills.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and time‑ management skills.

The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 - $156,950. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
