Spare Parts Engineer, who enhance operational efficiency, drive spare parts business expansion by establishing a standardized spare parts system, deeply exploring customer needs, and providing end-to-end technical support

We offer:

I. Spare Parts Data System Establishment & Optimization (Efficiency Core)

1.Integrate the full-lifecycle documentation of customer equipment spare parts, and build a standardized, searchable spare parts manual library covering key information such as part model, replacement cycle, and fault correlation, ensuring 100% consistency between documentation and actual application.

2.Be responsible for the refined creation and maintenance of after-sales spare parts material information, standardize material codes, specifications, drawing associations and other data, to provide data support for inventory optimization and procurement decision-making.

3.Optimize spare parts query processes to reduce internal response time and improve quotation efficiency.

II. Customer Demand Mining & Precision Service (Growth Engine)

1.Regularly visit customer sites or collaborate with the service team to conduct demand research, deeply analyze pain points of spare parts in customer production scenarios, and establish customer spare parts demand files.

2.Based on on-site equipment operation status, wear patterns and customer capacity planning, provide customized spare parts configuration solutions (including essential lists, safety stock recommendations, upgrade & alternative solutions, etc.), reduce customer downtime risks, and explore incremental sales opportunities.

III. Internal Empowerment & Business Growth Support (Value Amplification)

1.Conduct regular internal spare parts technical training to improve the professional competence and business processing efficiency of the spare parts team.

Tasks and Qualifications:

1. Familiar with the structure of equipment spare parts, and possess professional capabilities in drawing interpretation and spare parts matching.

2. Possess strong customer communication and demand mining capabilities; able to independently complete on-site customer research and training work; have strong pressure resistance and be able to adapt to business trips.

3. Proficient in using ERP systems and Office software; candidates with data collation and analysis capabilities are preferred.

4. Have a good sense of team collaboration and knowledge sharing, and a willingness to drive business growth.

5. with 2 year experiences

6. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering or related fields is preferred
