JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Support Coordinator is a key contributor to the sales process by collaborating with sales team members and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of machines. This role is responsible for coordinating all processes related to the sale of a new machine, from configuration for the machine and accepting the order through delivery and invoicing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Generate accurate lead times for customers and sales team members in line with availability, to meet customer expectations.
- Act as a key point of contact with customers through the process of their order (intake to invoicing); resolve and elevate customer issues as necessary.
- Partner with sales team members to ensure alignment on customer and regional needs or trends. Monitor stock machines to assist sales representatives in the reduction of inventory.
- Enter all relevant data to launch the sales process and action to other departments. This process is managed through the delivery of the invoice to customer.
- Partner with sales representatives to enter customer information and configure machines that meet customer’s current and future demands.
- Analyze regional sales and order book entries to provide credible input for the forecasting process.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with less than one year of experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work independently and within a team structured environment.
- Bilingual in Dutch and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
- Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.
