SSI is seeking a Space Operations SETA for a role in Colorado Springs, CO. The applicant will help define expected goals, inputs, and behavior of space operators to be run in a constructive simulation and help to define the various battle strategies that operators may employ. The applicant will also, with the lens of an operator, test models and simulation software and tools to be used in the aforementioned efforts to ensure they are ready for human-in-the-loop or constructive analysis events.
Role and Responsibilities include:
· Support and facilitate design analytic efforts, testing, and improving software for cognitive assessment and constructive analysis.
· Evaluate, modify, and test models in SPySE and other EHLC software tools.
· Collaborate with fellow industry Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver the best-informed models.
· Improve user interfaces for operators, and define operator strategies and decision-making.
· Take results from analytic efforts and create written and presentation products.
· Build products using Microsoft Office.
