The Role
As a Space Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate CAD drawings and space data for all company locations, ensuring seamless integration with the booking reservation system. You will act as the primary contact for space reservation issues, supporting a positive user experience and upholding data governance across a global portfolio.
This role requires close collaboration with Workplace Technology, Facilities teams, and vendors to ensure technological standards, data accuracy, and compliance with corporate policies and audit requirements. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction of Kyndryl’s workplace environments.
Key Responsibilities
Validate, upload, and maintain space data in the Space Management tool using AutoCAD and related software.
Create polylines and layer drawings for reservable points to ensure system functionality.
Partner with Workplace Technology and Facilities teams to uphold technological standards and processes.
Generate and maintain square footage and compliance reports for all locations.
Provide data for energy, environmental, and corporate filings, ensuring audit readiness.
Manage all conference room functions, including layouts, counts, and booking support.
Serve as the main point of contact for reservation inquiries and troubleshooting.
Work with vendors to maintain accurate room layouts and counts.
Establish and enforce governance standards for space data accuracy and integrity.
Define and maintain data taxonomy, naming conventions, and metadata standards.
Monitor and report on data quality, proactively resolving discrepancies.

Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in space planning or facilities operations.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and familiarity with space management tools (e.g., Eptura, Serraview, Archibus).
Strong understanding of space planning principles and workplace technology standards.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Business-level English fluency.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated ability to execute multiple concurrent projects and influence stakeholders.
Understanding of regional cultural norms.
Experience working with global teams and process improvement initiatives.
