Title:

Space C2 Analyst

KBR is seeking a Space Command and Control (C2) Analyst to provide on-site support to Headquarters Combat Forces Command (HQ CFC) located on Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO.

A strong candidate can provide operational C2 expertise for space mission areas. In this position, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Functional Area Managers (FAMs) and Weapon System Lead for C2 operations units, USSPACECOM's National Space Defense Center C2, and associated capabilities.
  • Support the operations, maintenance and sustainment of C2 operational forces and capabilities.
  • Track development and testing of the capabilities developed by Space Systems Command (SSC), and commercial or government capabilities.
  • Travel may be required for limited durations to support Customer events.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to be considered for this job, which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain.
  • 5 years of experience related to primary responsibilities (e.g., space command and control systems, Atlas, NDPP, Kobayashi Maru, Space Surveillance Network, SPEARR/SPADOC).
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Headquarters experience in the US Space Force, US Air Force, Combatant Command, CFC, Space Systems Command or equivalent.
  • Operational Acceptance experience.
  • Testing experience.
  • Enterprise Task Management Tool proficiency.
  • Experience with providing strategic advice, technical guidance, analysis and recommendations.
  • Ability to multi-task and produce high-quality products in a high-tempo, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Accustomed to professionally working with military senior leaders, offices, directorates, and action officers.

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40hrs

Work Environment:

  • Location: On-site
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
  • Working Hours: Standard

Basic Compensation:

$110,000 - $120,000

This range is for Colorado only.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
