About The Role:

As a Spa Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the spa while ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently delivered. You will assist in supervising spa colleagues, coordinating daily schedules, and ensuring smooth front desk and treatment operations.

You are responsible for helping foster a positive and professional work environment that reflects Four Seasons values and service culture. Through your attention to detail and leadership support, the spa team is empowered to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Your ability to maintain an atmosphere of relaxation, professionalism, and efficiency is essential in enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty. By being present on the floor and leading by example, you help ensure guests feel welcomed, cared for, and valued throughout their spa journey.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Strong understanding of spa operations, treatments, and guest service standards.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and support therapists and front desk colleagues.
• Knowledge of 5-star service standards and spa policies and procedures.
• Ability to assist with scheduling, inventory control, and daily reporting.
• Hands-on spa experience as a therapist (massage therapist, esthetician, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high team credibility.
• Consistently meets and exceeds guest expectations.
