About the location:

This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our Spa team on a part-time basis.
The role:
The Spa Receptionist warmly welcomes guests on arrival and offers attentive support throughout their visit. The role requires a confident understanding of our treatments, products, services and pricing, along with the ability to schedule appointments with accuracy and care. Responsibilities also include handling payments, preparing daily reports and working closely with therapists and Spa leadership to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a calm yet energising environment and enjoys creating memorable moments for guests.
What you bring:
At least 1 years experience in a similar role, either in a spa or hotel operation
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail
Strong organizational skills, solid computer skills and a hospitality spirit
Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
Previous experience with Opera or other hotel operating systems is beneficial

Schedule and hours:
This is a part-time position based on two 8-hour shifts per week. Shift days and times may vary.
