The Spa Director leads the Spa and Fitness operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while driving business performance. This role oversees daily operations, team leadership, service standards, and financial performance, while developing innovative strategies to grow revenue and maintain a luxury spa environment.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily spa and fitness operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, facility upkeep, and adherence to luxury standards
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Deliver exceptional and personalized guest experiences while resolving concerns with professionalism and care
Drive revenue through strategic pricing, retail initiatives, promotions, and wellness programming
Manage budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and cost controls to ensure profitability
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational standards, working closely with housekeeping and engineering teams
Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to promote spa services, events, and brand positioning
Stay informed on industry trends and implement innovative strategies to keep the spa competitive
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of management experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment
Strong business acumen with experience driving revenue and managing budgets
Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop teams
Strong knowledge of spa operations, retail, service standards, and wellness programming
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
