Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an accomplished Spa Director to lead the strategic, operational, and commercial direction of our Spa and Fitness operation. This is a senior leadership role for a visible, people‑centred, and commercially astute wellness professional who is passionate about creating meaningful guest experiences and inspiring high‑performing teams.
The role
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Spa Director holds full accountability for the financial, operational, and experiential performance of the Spa and Fitness operation and its people.
You will set the long‑term vision for the Spa, ensuring commercial viability while continuously evolving the guest experience. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative innovation, operational discipline, and genuine personal leadership.
You will be a highly visible presence, both with guests and your team, leading by example and ensuring that Four Seasons standards are not only met, but elevated.
