Nestled in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers world-class hospitality in a stunning setting. Our luxury spa is a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation, and we are looking for a dedicated Spa Attendant to join our team.
As a Spa Attendant, you will ensure the spa facilities are immaculate and welcoming, supporting our therapists and creating an exceptional experience for every guest. This is a hands-on role that combines attention to detail with outstanding customer service. The role be covering 2 days per week on a Part time basis.
What you will do
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and changing areas
Prepare rooms for treatments, ensuring all supplies and equipment are ready
Restock towels, robes, and amenities throughout the day
Assist guests with directions and provide a warm, professional welcome
Support therapists and spa reception team as needed
Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury and service excellence
What you bring
Previous experience in hospitality or spa environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
