Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Champion service standards across all Spa Botanica locations, ensuring every guest experience is unforgettable.
- Lead hiring, scheduling, and ongoing education for licensed spa professionals—we grow talent from within.
- Collaborate with hotel sales to drive spa revenue through group business partnerships.
- Own your P&L like a pro—prepare budgets, track results, and steer toward profitability.
- Manage inventory, retail, and product supply so the shelves are always stocked and the spa runs smoothly.
- Drive marketing efforts, both online and in the community, to keep our spas buzzing with guests.
What We Are Looking For:
- Supervisory Spa Experience: At least one year leading a spa or salon team—because this role is about coaching and lifting others.
- Financial Acumen: You’ll speak confidently about revenue, budgets, and spa profitability—it’s not just wellness, it’s a business.
- Strong Tech Skills: From spreadsheets to systems, you’ll use digital tools to streamline operations and improve results.
- Excellent Communication: Clear, kind, and persuasive—your words move teams and inspire guests.
