As the Southern Regional Warehouse Manager, you will provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple regional warehouses to ensure safe, effective and efficient operations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, embedding consistent processes, supporting frontline warehouse teams, and partnering with key internal stakeholders.
You’ll also play a key role in driving continuous improvement, uplifting safety culture, and ensuring compliance with ServiceStream’s governance and operational standards.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and teams across VIC, SA, WA & TAS
• Ensure compliance with safety legislation and ServiceStream HSE policies
• Maintain strong stock integrity through stocktakes, cycle counts and operational controls
• Oversee the timely and cost‑efficient receipt and dispatch of materials across warehouses
• Support warehouse operations in regions with no onsite supervisor
• Drive adherence to warehouse SOPs, systems and physical processes
• Identify improvements across processes, workflows and performance
• Represent Warehouse Operations with internal/external stakeholders, suppliers and auditors
• Ensure governance, documentation and compliance requirements are met and maintained
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Safety, Operations and other business units to support national objectives
What You’ll Bring
• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Extensive warehouse management experience across multi‑site environments
• Strong people leadership and team development capabilities
• High proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (including RF scanning)
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong understanding of Australian workplace and safety regulations
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently interstate/intrastate
Preferred Qualifications
• Forklift licence
• Current driver licence
• Experience in process improvement and inventory management best practices
