As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering world-class culinary experiences that reflect our commitment to quality, creativity, and genuine care. You will support the Executive Sous Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, inspiring the culinary team, and ensuring every dish meets Four Seasons’ exacting standards.

What you will do:
- Assist the Executive Sous Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including production, staffing, and quality control
- Lead, train, and mentor culinary team members to foster skill development, teamwork, and engagement
- Ensure consistent execution of menus, recipes, and plating standards across all service periods
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Support menu development, tastings, and seasonal offerings with creativity and attention to detail
- Monitor inventory, food costs, and waste to support budgetary and sustainability goals
- Step into leadership during the Executive Chef’s absence, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction
What you will bring:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
- Strong culinary foundation with a passion for quality ingredients, technique, and presentation
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse culinary team
- Solid understanding of food safety standards, kitchen operations, and cost control
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
