Who will you be working with?
You will collaborate with sourcing and procurement teams, finance, and internal stakeholders across regions to ensure effective supplier management and execution of sourcing strategies. This role involves close interaction with suppliers and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
How will you make a difference?
As part of the Indirect sourcing team you will support supplier selection, onboarding, and development while executing buying processes for goods and services in the region. You will manage operational relationships, resolve issues with finance and Helpdesk, and apply sourcing policies to meet specifications and budgets. Your contribution will drive cost-out initiatives and align with business goals.
What do we want to know about you?
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement, Program Management, or Supply Chain Operations
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills
Financial, quantitative and data analysis skills
Familiarity with different ERP systems
Ability to influence and communicate at all levels
Fluent Kazakh, English and Russian
Legal authorization to work in the Kazakhstan is required.
What will your typical day look like?
Support supplier selection, onboarding, development, and management
Execute buying processes for goods and services
Manage day-to-day operational relations with stakeholders and suppliers
Collaborate with finance and Helpdesk to resolve AP issues
Apply sourcing policy and interface between supplier and entity
Execute commodity strategy aligned with sourcing and business goals
Manage RFP/RFQ process on stakeholder requests
Maintain cost-out project pipeline and drive execution
