Job Summary:

This role supports the Facility Management Planning function for a client account in China, reporting directly to the Sourcing Manager. Core responsibilities include procurement support and vendor management, and extend to the operational management of cars, shuttle buses, and travel, event support, policy and process governance, as well as planning, insurance, procurement governance.

Main Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Vendor Management

Providing sourcing support for cross-functional projects involving sourcing and vendor management.

Assist in the execution of vendor sourcing and negotiation processes to provide procurement support for the client.

Assist in developing vendor management strategies and participate in vendor annual reviews.

Integrated Operations Management

Manage the daily operations of company car and shuttle bus services, including supplier management, optimizing scheduling, maintenance, and cost control.

Handle employee travel arrangements, including travel policy implementation, supplier coordination, and travel service support.

Support the planning and execution of internal events, such as the Spring Management conference and departmental annual dinner.

Policies, Procedures, and Governance

Assist in developing, communicating, and monitoring the implementation of policies, procedures, and governance frameworks related to IFM and sourcing.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of systems in areas such as planning, insurance, procurement governance, and car administration services.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, with at least 1-3 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or negotiation.

Relevant work experience in IFM, with knowledge of procurement for facility management-related services being highly regarded.

Practical knowledge of facility management, maintenance operations, engineering, and risk management, with the ability to adapt processes to evolving needs.

Proven ability to manage outsourcing relationships and deliver results through effective vendor management.

Experience in contract management, negotiation, and problem-solving, with the ability to assist in managing vendor contracts.

Prior experience in vehicle/shuttle operations, travel management, or internal corporate event support is preferred.

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
