We are seeking a highly skilled Source To Pay Solutions Senior Analyst with strong expertise in Supply Chain IT systems, SAP procurement modules, and end-to-end business process design. In this role, you will partner with business and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize procurement and sourcing solutions that drive operational excellence across the organization.
This position is ideal for a dynamic leader who brings deep functional knowledge, hands-on SAP experience, and the ability to translate business needs into robust, scalable technology solutions .

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Implementation
• Lead FIT/GAP analysis, define To-Be processes, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Drive end-to-end implementations in SAP MM and Inventory Management, including configuration of material master, purchasing, PR/PO/STR/STO, movement types, and consumption processes.
• Partner with architects and cross-functional teams to review, refine, and validate solution designs.
Procurement and Supply Chain Expertise
• Provide domain expertise in Sourcing and Procurement processes, including direct (ROH, HALB) and indirect procurement.
• Facilitate workshops to document As-Is and define To-Be processes for Procure-to-Pay cycles.
SAP and Connected Technologies
• Apply advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, MM, IM, IDocs, ALE, EDI, and integration standards like Rosatanet , EDIFACT and X12 .
• Work with collaboration platforms such as E2Open, OpenText, and related middleware tools.
• Utilize foundational knowledge in databases (SAP HANA, MSSQL) and IT analytics/reporting tools.
SAP Ariba Expertise
• Implement and support SAP Ariba Upstream (Sourcing, Contracts) and Downstream (Buying and Invoicing) modules.
• Drive Ariba-supplied procurement automation and process efficiencies.
Project and Methodology Excellence
• Contribute to projects using Waterfall, Agile, and basic SAFe frameworks.
• Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
• Prepare comprehensive user documentation and training materials.
Technical Acumen
• Provide technical inputs for custom development including ABAP, BAPIs, and custom function modules.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MBA, or related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in Supply Chain IT and procurement solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end SAP MM/IM implementation and support experience.
• Strong experience with SAP ECC/S4, Ariba, EDI communication standards, and procurement processes.
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to design innovative technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
• CSCP Certification (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
• Experience with Backflush, consumption processes, and direct materials management.
• Ability to create custom SAP enhancements via ABAP or function modules .
• Knowledge for integrating with SAP FI, WM and LE
• Understanding of the newer technologies that SAP is moving towards like: BTP , SAP Core AI, SAP Build, Agentic, SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and SAP Fiori SAP UI5. And the implications on enablement of new capabilities.
