We are looking for a Sound Designer to join our new Sofia studio. Working closely and collaboratively with animators, developers, Creative Director and Lead Artist, the Sound Designer is responsible for creating outstanding sounds of the games, base game, features and Marketing products. Their work is directly linked to the sound signature of our creations which guarantees their success. Applying their expertise, the Sound Designer contributes to all sound aspects of projects and games, such as the following:
Animatics simulations.
Game and features.
Promotional videos.
Special company events.
Obviously passionate by the sounds aspect of a game, The Sound Designer must be versatile to create sounds concepts in a range of styles and themes. Their Sound Artistic sensibilities and understanding is what will push them to create unmatched sounds quality and explore new horizon.
The Sound Designer will ensure intellectual property and copyright guidelines are followed and production deadlines are met. They must possess a good knowledge of casino gaming overall, casino game sounds and game play.
The Sound Designer must have the creative skills to produce original sounds, they will produce work quickly and efficiently and be fully conversant with the current tools of the trade. They will require a strong knowledge in sounds format OGG vs WAV, and be able to identify correct sounds optimization for Mobile purposes eg mono vs stereo. The successful candidate will be able to design rich and innovative sounds as well as have an in-depth knowledge of sound compositions, instrumental sounds and other key aspects of sounds editing. A drive to grow and learn, curiosity, passion for the trade and the desire to meet challenges.
Purpose / Overall Responsibility:
Adapt sounds to the iGaming version of an existing game.
Create outstanding sounds on several game themes and animatics.
Deliver sounds the creative team and the dev team on time.
Optimize sounds for online games purposes.
Assist both creative and developers’ team when sounds integrations comes. (timing, length, etc).
Responsibilities:
The Sound Designer must have a strong knowledge of Cubase and Reaper. Their understanding of each game project and features mechanic is essential to the game sounds creation. The successful candidate will be able to deliver sounds assets on time and be sure that they fit with what the Creative director envisioned.

Qualifications
A relevant degree in a related field
Three to five years’ experience as a Sound Composer in the gaming, video gaming or multimedia industry
Required Skills:
Solid experience in sound design for the video game / casino game / multimedia industry
Thorough knowledge of Cubase and Reaper
Proactive and always up to date with new sounds database library
Perfect knowledge of Audio/Animation timing
Ability to understand complex game mechanics and features and find solution
Technical aptitude and rigor
Use of common communication tools, MS Office, Slack, Teams
Knowledge of JIRA and agile methodology
Other Sounds tools, libraries and plug-ins knowledge is a plus: Izotope Music Production Suite, etc.
