What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and assess product quality complaints for clinical and commercial products, ensuring timely and compliant resolution.
  • Perform complaint triage and evaluation, applying global SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, packaging, and quality teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Document investigations and maintain complaint records in compliance with cGMP and corporate standards.
  • Support change control and risk management activities related to complaint trends and product quality improvements.
  • Ensure inspection readiness, contributing to regulatory and customer audits.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues within defined options and escalate as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance complaint handling processes and systems.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established procedures.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Experience in complaint handling or quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis, deviation management, and change control.
  • Proficiency in quality systems and complaint management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
