S&OP Manager Exports at a glance ...
The Exports S&OP Manager is positioned to support export operations across the Globe. You’ll be working in an impactful team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Reporting into Head of Planning & Execution US Exports, get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior partners. We are looking for a confident S&OP Manager who owns improvement activities within US Exports.
Key Ingredients:
Lead global inventory & develop action plans to proactively mitigate waste for export dedicated items.
Lead a business around of $300M in revenue servicing 5 globally based business units, which involves collaborating closely with approx. 80 Supply planners, 75 plants & distribution centers, with over 2000 active SKU’s exported
Develop capacity projections with support of US Supply to provide inventory availability to import BU counterparts.
Strong commercial sense with keen business insight to lead and craft short/medium term tangible constraints down to SKU level detail based on the latest Long Range Planning reviews by US, and cascading this to all Exports markets monthly.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Marketing and Supply Chain Development on commercialization projects including scoping supply feasibility and carrying out production planning with strong sense for driving new distribution requests.

Bachelor or Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred
Must be an intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Excel based trackers, etc
Intermediate user in Tableau and SAP. Comfortable navigating dashboards, and
downloading raw data as needed
Experience within Supply/Demand planning in Manufacturing space preferred
FMCG experience is preferred
Multi-lingual a plus!

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$104,200.00 - $130,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
