We are looking for a Supply Officer Air Power Business Line
Responsibilities:
• Lead interface with Internal customer and collaboration with stakeholders during the ordering phase
• Interact with suppliers (remotely and/or at suppliers premises) and with transversal departments for the implementation of corrective actions and ensuring settlement of disputes.
• Provide oversight of the amount of inventories and implement action plans with suppliers.
• Analyze delays & prioritize urgencies in support of assembly line. Pilot operational short and long term action plans (delay retrofit, missing parts, improvement of the logistic flows...).
• Ensure availability of export control licenses (Not ECCD) related to hardware deliveries
• Raising risks, actions follow-up, reporting and escalation in case on deviation to industrial target (incl. in-service issues), identify critical WP/deliverables and initiate containment actions in coordination with transversal functions
• Manage Non Conformity containment (L1) in regards to customer protection and secondary flows
• Perform all defined quality inspections operations up to the product delivery.
• Carry out at operational level investigations on any issues in coordination with the plant, propose and perform containment actions in collaboration with SO and supplier
• Attest conformity of the product with regard to the approved design (e.g. certifying staff)
• Participate to improvement projects and best practices exchange activities
• Ensure ethical & compliance way of working in accordance with the Airbus Code of Conduct
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
· Educated in an Engineering/Economics degree or a related discipline.
· At least 1 years of experience in Procurement, Supplier Officer,
· Team work and adaptation are a must for this position
· Proactive person with an entrepreneurial mindset
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Organized & Structured.
· Advanced level in English and Spanish
