We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Solutions Engineer to join our Solution Consulting team and support demo and proof-of-value (PoV) environments for sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives. You will collaborate with solutions architects, product managers, and developers to ensure that lab infrastructure is robust, secure, and aligned with real-world use cases.

Collaboration & Enablement
2–4 years of experience in systems engineering, presales, back office support, deve ops, IT infrastructure
Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Packer).
Familiar with APIM, Integration, and Data Integration platforms (Boomi, Workato, Mulesoft)
Basic scripting skills in Python, Ruby, PowerShell, or Bash.
Experience managing cloud-based resources (e.g., AWS EC2, Azure VM).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience working with demo platforms or technical enablement teams.
Understanding of enterprise software architectures and APIs (REST, gRPC).
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Able to translate technical requirements into actionable lab builds.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks or environments.
Comfortable working in fast-paced and collaborative settings.
