The Pre-Sales Technical Consultant plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. This position involves leveraging deep product knowledge to deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products, applications, and solutions.
- Deliver technical expertise to sales staff and customers through presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations.
- Assist in assessing potential applications of company products to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare detailed product specifications for development and implementation of customer solutions.
- Create design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions.
- Develop mini-applications or prototypes based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility.
- Conduct product capability assessments and validation for prospective users.
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of Telecommunications sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and demonstrate product feasibility.
- Experience in creating detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
