We are seeking an Solutions Engineer-AI to lead initiatives that transform our existing applications and workflows through intelligent automation and agentic AI. This role will focus on identifying opportunities to eliminate manual processes, streamline operations, and enhance efficiency across multiple technologies. Initial priorities include back-office systems, point-of-sale (POS) platforms, and payment processing systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process Analysis & Optimization
- Assess current applications and workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand pain points and define automation goals.
- AI & Automation Development
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions, including agentic AI models, to automate repetitive tasks.
- Develop and integrate automation scripts, bots, and workflows across enterprise systems.
- Ensure scalability and maintainability of automation solutions.
- Technology Integration
- Work with POS and payment systems to embed automation capabilities.
- Integrate AI tools with back-office platforms for seamless operations.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
- Document processes and maintain clear audit trails for all automation initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement
- Monitor performance of automated processes and optimize for efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in AI/ML development, automation engineering, or process optimization.
- Strong programming skills (Python, Java, or similar) and familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., RPA tools, AI agents).
- Experience with POS systems, payment gateways, and enterprise back-office applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and API integrations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks and LLM-based automation.
- Understanding of financial systems and payment compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
