This position is critical for translating complex client requirements into scalable, high-performing supply chain operations.

Optimize Operational Workflows and Layouts: Conduct in-depth analysis of warehouse layouts, labor planning, and resource utilization using advanced tools (e.g., AutoCAD, simulation software) to ensure the design maximizes efficiency, minimizes cost, and parses client activity into quantifiable flows.
Ensure Compliance and Operational Excellence: Provide hands-on Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement support to active customer operations, applying LEAN/Six Sigma practices, and ensuring designs translate into stable operations with consistently applied, engineered labor standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Strong knowledge of industry-standard Contract Logistics Cost Models and expertise in Methods-Time Measurement (MTM) and/or Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST) methodologies.
Proven ability in data analysis, complex problem-solving, and managing stakeholder expectations to design efficient, cost-effective logistics solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Flexible work options/alternative work options to support work-life balance.
Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.
