A Solutions Consultant at Phlexglobal serves as a pivotal technical and operational partner to the sales team, driving business growth through expert demonstrations of the PhlexE Trial Master File (TMF) suite and tailored support for proposal responses and user requirements. Acting as the client’s advocate within the organization, the Solutions Consultant provides strategic input on product direction and feature development, ensuring solutions remain competitive and market relevant.
Responsibilities:
Delivering compelling presentations of software solutions to diverse audiences, adapting to varying levels of technical expertise.
Collaborating with Business Development to shape and execute sales strategies, integrating insights from stakeholders across the organization.
Managing and updating demonstration environments, creating client sandbox scenarios, and ensuring all data remains current and relevant.

Gathering, analyzing, and communicating client feedback to inform product enhancements and organizational priorities.
Identifying both success factors and potential risks throughout the sales cycle and crafting effective narratives and approaches for each opportunity.
Demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
This role does not include direct reports but requires a high degree of initiative, problem-solving ability, and cross-functional collaboration. The Solutions Consultant is expected to take on additional tasks aligned with their skills as needed, contributing to the overall success of the commercial team.
