JOB TITLE: Solution Architect
SALARY: £70,000 - £78,800
LOCATION(S): Edinburgh and Leeds
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

About this opportunity
You'll join the Platform Savings Lab within Lloyds Banking Group, this is a key part of our infrastructure which allows individuals to invest in their future. This team is at the heart of transforming how we deliver investment and pension services, modernising systems and processes to align with the Lloyds way of doing things.
Day to day, you will:
Work closely with third-party suppliers like FNZ, managing relationships and ensuring delivery aligns with our strategic goals
Collaborate with Technical Applications Specialists, and Quality Engineers to support automation testing
Conduct impact analysis and ensure dependencies are in place across appropriate labs
Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps to guide transformation
Map out current systems and design future-state solutions
Support the integration and testing of FNZ-built components within our lab environments

What you’ll need:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect in complex environments
Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with third-party suppliers
Ability to map current and future states and develop transformation roadmaps
Experience collaborating with engineering and testing teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
And any experience of these would be really useful:
Working with FNZ or similar investment platform providers
Knowledge of investments and pensions
Experience in large-scale transformation programmes
