Solutions Architect – Japan Market

Location: Japan

As our platform and the AI ecosystem rapidly evolve, we are looking for a Solutions Architect to support our customers in Japan and help them navigate complex business and technology transformations.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic technical advisor for the Japan market, helping customers design scalable solutions and long-term architectures on the HubSpot platform.

You will work closely with Japanese customers, regional partners, and HubSpot’s global teams to drive deeper platform adoption, system integration, and measurable business outcomes.


What you'll do

  • Serve as a strategic technical advisor for customers primarily in the Japan market

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions on the HubSpot platform

  • Identify opportunities for system integration and platform consolidation across the customer lifecycle

  • Design long-term technical roadmaps that drive business value and ROI

  • Lead discovery and solution architecture for complex multi-hub implementations

  • Guide customers and partners on best practices for CRM architecture, APIs, and integrations

  • Support partner-led and customer-led implementation projects as a trusted technical advisor

  • Explore emerging technologies and AI capabilities to enhance HubSpot-based solutions

  • Develop AI-powered proof-of-concept automations to demonstrate innovative use cases

  • Share insights from Japanese customers with Product and Engineering teams to influence product development


We're looking for people who have

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in one of the following roles within enterprise SaaS:

    • Solutions Architect

    • Technical Consultant

    • Pre-sales / Solutions Consultant

Technical Skills

  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and scalable architecture design

  • Ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical solutions

  • Experience building AI-driven solutions using automation or orchestration

Business & Consulting Skills

  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect technology capabilities with business outcomes

  • Experience influencing stakeholders and articulating value and ROI

Communication

  • Ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills


Language Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese (required)

  • Business-level English (required)

This role reports to a manager based in Singapore and will work closely with global teams across HubSpot.

The interview process will include:

  • Recruiter Interview in Japanese

  • Some interviews conducted in English
