As a Solution Architect for Solutions & Innovation at Innovid, you will be responsible for custom solution definition and delivery for our global customers. Working with both the pre and post sales teams, you will understand and define our customers' business challenges in order to deliver comprehensive solutions to meet their needs. You will lead technical conversations, build Statements of Work, provide solution architecture design documentation, and lead projects from inception to completion.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Technical lead of all aspects of a successful implementation; from pre-sales requirements gathering and documentation, to delivery and training.
- Execute an extensive analysis with development teams to design the solution and describe it through architecture and design artifacts.
- Present proposed solutions and maintain ongoing technical discussions with the customer across all levels.
- Create best practices and process efficiencies for technical projects and deployments.
- Develop business automation solutions to drive operational efficiency across the organization.
- Work with the Product and R&D teams to understand the product roadmap and play an active role in defining features and changes in Product requirements that influence the future customer’s usage of the product.
What You'll Bring to Us:
- 3 + years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role
- 3 + years of experience managing and delivering technical projects
- 2 + years of hands-on architecture and design experience with SaaS, Cloud, and API driven applications
- Strong Project Management skills with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects from inception to completion
- Experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or through presentations and demos
- Experience creating SOWs (Scopes of Work) and other project management artifacts
- Comprehensive 3rd Party integration experience (APIs, etc), including:
- Advanced/Native English level with excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services or other Cloud platforms - preffered
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services or other Cloud platforms
- Understanding of data structures, reporting solutions and databases
- Working knowledge of Dynamic Content Optimization (DCO) data feeds used to power personalized advertising campaigns.
- Experience leading projects utilizing Agile Methodologies
- Understanding of concepts like Resource-Oriented API Modelling and GraphQL
- Software development experience (Node, Express, React or similar)
