Solution Owner - D365 Customer Insights Journeys & Data

Huskvarna Full time

At Husqvarna Group, we are not only building innovative outdoor power tools — we are also transforming into a data-driven, digitally empowered company. Our IT and data landscape spans continents, cloud platforms, and diverse business areas, and we are on a mission to turn data into a true asset at every level of the organization.

With a legacy of innovation dating back to 1689 — from sewing machines and motorcycles to chainsaws and robotic lawnmowers — Husqvarna has always evolved with the times. Today, that evolution is digital, and the future is powered by data.

As part of this journey, CRM and Customer Insights are key focus areas in our strategy, driving our ambition to put the customer at the very center of everything we do. Now, we are looking for a Solution Owner - D365 Customer Insights Journeys & Data who can help us take our data platform to the next level and ensure that customer insights truly guide our business forward.

About this role

As Solution Owner for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys and Data, you will be at the heart of Husqvarna Group’s customer-focused transformation. Our ambition is clear: to understand our customers better, act on insights faster, and make every interaction more meaningful. That journey depends on a solid, future-ready CRM and Customer Insights platform — combining journey orchestration in CRM with a powerful Customer Data Platform (CDP).

You will join the CRM/CI Delivery team within GIS (Global Information Services), taking full ownership of the Customer Insights platform. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the system is not only reliable in its daily operations but also continuously developed to match our strategic roadmaps and Microsoft’s product evolution. Working closely with several Business Product Owners, Super Users, and Microsoft’s product team, you will act as the link between business vision and technical delivery — turning strategy into action and data into real business value.

In practice, this means that you will:

  • Lead and continuously improve Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (CI-J) and Customer Insights Data (CI-D), setting and following up on clear KPIs. The CI-D platform is built on a complex Azure infrastructure, which together with CI-J provides the CDP capability — not only to the CRM solution today, but in the future also to other Husqvarna systems and applications.
  • Guide the technical solution team for CI-J and CI-D, ensuring strong delivery in both operations and development.
  • Safeguard compliance and proactively strengthen data protection, security, and consent management processes.
  • Secure high-quality customer data from multiple sources (Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, etc.) to make the CDP a trusted foundation for insights.
  • Enable marketing automation and customer engagement through smarter segmentation, activation, and communication.
  • Drive automation within operations and explore how AI capabilities can be introduced into the solution over time.

About you

You’re someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience. With a solid background in Dynamics 365, you know how to turn data into insights that actually make a difference. You’re used to moving between different platforms and systems, and you feel confident making them work together in a way that brings value — whether in a B2C or B2B setting. Just as importantly, you like working with others: bringing structure to complex projects, keeping things moving forward, and making sure collaboration leads to results.

We believe you have a customer-centric mindset, naturally turning insights into real outcomes for both users and the business. You’re a clear communicator who can make complex data and technology topics easy to understand and act upon for non-technical stakeholders. You enjoy solving problems — testing, iterating, and making smart trade-offs when challenges arise. And finally, you bring a positive, adaptive attitude, thriving in a changing environment with evolving roadmaps and Microsoft releases.

What you bring

  • Solid hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Data, including segmentation, consent management, and real-time triggers.
  • Experience connecting different systems and platforms (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP, Azure, Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, Power Automate, Logic Apps).
  • Strong skills in analyzing and organizing large data sets, and turning them into clear actions and insights. (While this is currently supported by a Data Engineer or Analyst within the team, it is still considered a valuable skill to have.)
  • Background in working with CDP data across both consumer and business markets.
  • Confidence in navigating cross-functional teams and complex project environments, with a focus on getting things done.

Location

This position will be placed in one of our main sites in Sweden (Huskvarna, Stockholm, or Jonsered). With our hybrid working environment, you'll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members. We meet in the office at least 2–3 days a week (50%).
